All ActivityMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: WanderlustI have a 2015 C and bought it with 7250 miles on it and driving was like white knuckles, so after some research I added Hellig sway bars, front and rear (got rid of OEM bars) then added Safety Plus steering control, BIG IMPROVEMENT, then added Sumo Springs front and rear, Bilstien shocks and a Supersteer Trac Bar. Yes a few $$$ but seriously no wander, trucks passing and wind barely affects it. It’s a pleasure to drive now. In my opinion the money spent was well worth it but to others some may say overkill. But I’m very happy with the results. The Trac Bar was the last addition and I am very pleased with that add on.Re: Theater seating sofa malfunctionThat would be great but the way Lippert built the seating you can not get a visual from bottom or top, the side panel will have to be removed to get to the mechanism and the cable isn’t broke, I’m sue something else in the release malfunctioned. Well yes lippert will have to take care of itTheater seating sofa malfunctionHey we just purchased a theater seating sofa and in 3 weeks the pull mechanism to release the footrest malfunctioned, the cable did not break but something did, I felt it give whe I pulled it. Has anyone experienced this with theirs?Re: Trac barMy problem is on real windy days and I’ve got a cros wind or a cross/head wind it pushes the Toad and in turn that pushes the reared of my motorhome so I really believe that the Trac Bar will help with that because it will stabilize the rear differential. Without the Toad it run out perfectly so I’m sure the tow bar connected to the hitch and Toad is pushing it. My coach is 32 ft long and has a considerable amount of length behind the Axle. I spoke to Henderson’s Suppersteer in Grants Pass Oregon and explained my symptoms and the highly recommended the Trac BarRe: Trac barBobnDot, yes I have had it aligned twice, in fact I have the SafeTplus steering control and sumo springs front and rear. But I’m not sure if they added a kit to the alignment but it seems to steer great just tail wag mainly while towing 4 downRe: Trac bar80 psi, you’d think that would give you a harsh ride in the rear end more ridgedRe: Trac barWell I’m not sure of what the old wizard was thinking, the track bar system is made for the rear leaf spring system, but he might be thinking of the pan hard system used in NASCAR. Henderson’s in Grants Pass Oregon install them and sell them constantly. Anyway I have installed the Hellwig sway bars and bilstien shocks. But I get pushed around while towing all four down on very windy days. I think I’ll try it Thanks for your input BobnDotTrac barAnyone intall a trac bar on thier class c ? I’m think about installing one to help control tail wag while towing our tow car. In windy conditions especially side winds my tow car gets pushed some and it tend to cause some tail wag.i am towing a PT Cruiser all four downRe: E450 wheelbaseThere should be 2 vin number stickers, one from the factory that says incomplete chassis vin number than another that the RV manufacturer puts on it that say completed manufacturing vin number, that one mat give actual wheel baseRe: E450 wheelbaseYes it does change depending on length of coach, my E 450 frame was stretched out to accommodate a 32 ft coach and it has 3 drives lines under it.
