Will keep you abreast of my search for a solution. Thanks again, KarlDiesel pouring out of filler tube when cap removed...This topic has been moved to another forum. You can read it here: 29710692Diesel pouring out of filler tube when cap removed...Over 2 months ago, I installed a 40 gallon auxiliary diesel tank in my Ford F250. Yesterday, I noticed diesel was leaking out under my truck. I checked all connections and none of them were leaking. I remove the cap from the filler tube and Diesel started pouring out. The original tank is 2/3 full and the auxiliary tank is full. I have taken several trips with no problem. The ambient temperature is averaging 95 degrees. I have no idea if this could contribute to the problem. I took the filler cap off the auxiliary tank to see if it had built up pressure. But, it did no good. When I opened the filler tube cap, diesel continued to poor out.... In fact I would say it was gushing out. Has anyone else experienced this problem? And if so, how did you solve it? Thanks, Karl DavidsonWireless Backup CameraI recently purchased a wireless 4UCam. The signal is very strong, but the image on the 7" color monitor is very poor as far a color saturation and color is concerned. For example, trees and grass are pinkish-purple. Has anyone had this problem? I called the company tech and he said it was due to a brown filter for better night vision. I don't see how anyone would keep a color system with the colors distorted to this degree. What I'm saying is... I question is diagnosis. It appears the monitor has been dropped. Could this cause the problem? Does anyone have a suggestion for a wireless system with a 7" color monitor?Torquing the lug nuts on my Crusader 295rst.After only four thousand miles, I had a blowout on my right rear tire. I suppose I overreacted but rather than keeping the D rated tires I went up to a Gladiator which is E rated. During changing out all four tires, we could not read the torque specifications for the Dexter axle which was listed on a sticker above the axle. Sorry for all the rambling... so I'll get to the point. Because I had a brain dump or something in between we set the torque at a hundred and fifty foot pounds. I believe this is excessive. Can anyone tell me if they think I have damaged the lug nuts and studs? And what should the lugnuts be torqued? What should I do? I'm out on the road and at the mercy of the tire dealership. So any help would be greatly appreciated.CFM... Air Flow Question for 35,000 BTU HeaterI just purchased a 31' fifth wheel. It is a Crusader manufactured by Prime Time. The heater is located mid-trailer with ducts in the floor. The air coming out of the registers is virtually non-existent. There is one register in the wall, near the heater, where the air flow can be felt. What should the CFM be for a 35,000 heater, has anyone had the same problem? Is there an accurate way to measure the CFM? My wife and I are freezing. I'd like some input before taking it back to the dealer. I'm afraid they will say that is normal air flow. No way. My RV weight is 9800 lbs. The dealer said to set it a three. However, this setting seems not to brake properly. I bet a man at a RV park with the identical RV. He said he set his for 7.5 dry conditions and 8 for wet. I've read the instruction from Ford. Doesn't make a lot of sense. If it sounds like I'm confused, I am. Thanks for any help.
