thank dog: I had the same issue. Fleetwood uses a "mixing" valve. It is a safety feature due to some hot tanks making very hot water. I replaced mine to times. The third time my repairman suggested we eliminate the valve. Now the hot water comes to the faucet very hot, just like in a home setting. My problem solved. The advice you have gotten will normally fix your issue. However there is one more thing to try. There is a clean out access at the bottom right of your unit. You can access it by removing the front lower panel. At the bottom right, unscrew the rubber seal and look for dirt, hair or any objects. Take your finger, reach in and make the small wheel spin. It should spin freely. You will need a small bucket or towel to catch about a quart of water that usually comes out. I had the same question/problem with valances. If you carefully feel over the valance, you will probably find where the valance is screwed to the wall. Don't be surprised to find that the screws are covered with the cloth or other covering on the valance. I understand there is no way to get the screws out without making a small tear in the cloth. When the job is completed, you can carefully glue the cloth back over the screw.207Views0likes0Comments
