It has lots of tension... one slip, and it all over!Re: Leaking BottleWell, here I am again... The "new" bottle still seeps and I'm looking for an alternative to the plastic originals. Does anyone have experience with a metal substitute?Re: Danfuss mussSince my original post I talked to Monaco and was told that the fan will not run until the engine temp is elevated. They said that because of this configuration, I should not turn on the A/C during initial idle, and wait until I was underway so airflow would cool the condenser or the engine temp activates the fan. Sounds weird, especially since I have owned this coach 10 years since new and never noticed this problem. Any other thoughts are welcome. RushRe: A/C FanThanks Floyd for your thoughts. RushA/C FanI have a Cummins 370 with the Sauer Danfuss (sp) hydraulic radiator fan switch. When the dash A/C is turned on, the radiator fan does not start, consequently the condenser overheats and a visible cloud of Freon escapes. Has anyone experienced this and what can be done to remedy this? THANKS!Danfuss mussI have a Cummins 370 with the Sauer Danfuss (sp) hydraulic radiator fan switch. My local RV repair shop did the connection work. Suggest you call the mgf and get their recommendation. RushRe: Leaking BottleThanks Gjac. I don't have an obvious crack in the tank. My concern is whether I may have over tightened the brass fitting which created a small seepage around the threads. My question is whether the Goop or JB Weld will seal this seepage.Re: Leaking BottleThanks JoeH, I will check this out and let you know what works.Re: Leaking BottleThanks IAMICHABOD. I will try it. This tank I bought 16 months ago cost $200 PLUS fast shipping from Oregon another $100... so, I'll try anything at this point.
