problem:fridge will not turn back on once it reaches desired temp and turns off. Have replaced board, eyebrow, thermistor and checked all power sources. I'm stumped! Any suggestions?

We were advised that with both LP and AC not working the circuit board was bad so we replaced it. We do have recall box but light not burning. Don't understand your question about "lights ON control power. We have the error code NO CO.
