Tks summerhouse, I was hoping to find a toad, 4 wheeldrive and under 4k lbs. Also hoping to spend less than $20k. The Cherokee looks great, I hope that it works well for you.

Sorry about the Liberty subject line. I was reading about the different vehicles that can be towed 4 wheels down and the Liberty snuck in. I was wondering about the Patriot and the manual transmission. I called the dealership and they told me that the manual as well as the automatic can't be towed 4 wheels. I was inquiring about a 2014 model. I have a dolly but would prefer to tow 4 down and the Patriot seemed to be a decent choice. We live in Colorado and 4 wheel drive is nice for winter and off road travel. thanks

Jeep Liberty
The new 2014 Guide to Dingy Towing lists the Jeep Patriot as being able to be towed (four wheels down) but when I called the Jeep Dealership they said that it is not towable? Does anyone have any experience with this vehicle and it's ability to be towed?
