I was eligible for a 2 night stay since I'm a Camping World customer....city water inletWe need to replace the city water inlet connection on our 2007 PUMA, I cannot find a suitable replacement that fits the hole pattern on the trailer. Any advice before I contact the manufacturer? Thanks!Re: Afraid of MiceOur trailer stays on our 6 acres at the lake, we have tried D-Con, peppermint oil, irish spring soap, nothing works for us. Last year we had pretty good luck sealing up as many holes as we could find with steel wool, a lot better than years past but we still had a few visitors. We were up over the weekend and they had already started in on our boat, spent all day Saturday cleaning it out. Good luck!Re: Portable ToiletsNo septic on our property where we keep the camper, we take pour gray water in the woods, use one of these https://www.amazon.com/Thetford-92360-Porta-Portable-Toilet/dp/B006WPQNB2. Take the bottom tank home, dump in toilet, clean and bring back next weekend. This is our 4rth year with it, no smell, easy to use.Re: Oscillating lightsWhen our convertor went out last season the lights (including the refrigerator light) started oscillating along with the furnace blower, eventually nothing on 12V would work. We bought a replacement on Amazon for a couple hundred bucks and swapped it right out, problem fixed!Re: Furnace questionThat is the blower running, with no heat because the gas is turned off.Re: Hide a bed air mattressI just purchased a new 4.5" memory foam mattress for the pull out sofa bed in the trailer from Wal-Mart, a little pricy ($140) but our teenage son was getting tired of sleeping on that flimsy mattress. It hasn't been tried out yet so I can't say if the $$ was worth it, we'll find out this weekend!Re: Peppermint Oil ObservationWe tried one of those after my father in law gave it to us, did not work for us anyway.Re: Peppermint Oil ObservationI'm glad it worked for you. We tried it this year and when we checked last weekend, yes we had mouse poop in the trailer, even on the paper plate that i had the bowl with the oil and cotton balls sitting on. I will say that it wasn't as bad as last year, and the trailer smells nice. We haven't had any luck keeping them out completely over the winter. :)Re: Eden Pure HeatersWe have one, I think we paid too much, we use it to supplement the furnace in our basement at home. However, it keeps the basement a nice even warm temp and a regular space heater doesn't come close to the performance.
