All ActivityMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsAh, people should have just minded their business. How interesting that I find my posts from another site on a closed thread here? ( I guess so I can't reply to it? ) Apparently some or one of the people who frequent both sites wants to continue to badger me here...( any reason why YOU would do a Google search on me?) Let's put this all into perspective, IF the manufacturer HAD built the unit properly there would be NO issues and I would have no negative opnion to state anywhere. I WAS done with my issue and was hoping to NOT address any longer here but of course someone just HAS to repost my info. So, since you did ( and you can all thank him!) I will regail ALL with why I'm so upset with Crossroads. They neglected to add something to my unit that I will state again paid CASH, not financed but CASH of over 20,000 dollars to purchase as "Brand New" and when I asked Crossroads about the missing item was told "NO problem!" just tell the dealer we'll cover it when you have it in for warranty work ( I discussed the issue in detail with a person from CR). Well, they declined it and made up some story and then refused to return or answer any of my attempts to contact them. THAT's why I posted on a number of sites to get their attention but of course they don't care and it goes to their customer support. I see the admission of bad parts being installed by one of you and I have heard yet others complain about missing or cheap parts and when you buy a new product you as the consumer expect quality for your money and there is NO excuse for anyone making statements that you should have made sure you were'nt getting what you paid for. That just shows intent by the manufacturer to decieve if they knowingly deliver a unit with such problems. As for why this continues to go on, Well, people should just let it go away and stop sticking up for CR's as if they have some monetary interest in it. Let's put this to bed now, what do you say pests? And let's let this close out without more nonsence reposts....crossroads forum websiteI just recently had my account deleted on that website as I was attacked by a few of the members verbally when I made a negative post concerning my personal experiences with CrossRoads. Has anyone had that happen to them on that website?Re: Used Hensley value???If you find one cheap Hensley I believe will rebuild or refurbish it for you and warranty it. They will also swap out the hitch bar for around 100 bux... I only used my HA last season for the first time and can't say enough about it. The price is a joke! but I never felt safer with my Family going to Florida from Jersey and back.Re: Camping at Disney WorldI spend almost every year down there barr this one as we now have a newborn grandchild and I would feel bad not having her there so we are waiting a few years unitl she can go. anyway, We go for 11 to 14 days and always get 3 days of tickets with the park hopper and more option. heres why: you get 3 days of park hopping and you get three days of water parks so in total its 6 days of using the GOD awful Disney transportation and dealing with the crowds and heat and sometimes very wet weather as you spend mega cash on snacks and plastic breakables and argue about what to do next, etc. so as much as I love that place and the time with my Family you HAVE to have some down time to just enjoy the Fort Wilderness area and relax. We also like to driev around the Orlando area and since Disney no longer has the clubs at downtown Disney we have to go to Universal citywalk to get some night time Adult fun.Re: Help me indentify the trailer I just bought. PicturesIsn't that where Lincoln was born?Re: How durable are PLASTIC kitchen sinks? My TT came with a plastic sink and it has been replaced because of discoloring under warranty but I'm sure it will again and I'm going with SS.Re: For Those Of You....Well, I have never used the oven in my RV/TT and never will. I bought a superwave oven which we use at home alot and love it AND it fits perfectly on the counter next to the Keurig machine or 4 cup brewer depending on my mood or guests. my next purchase will be the induction stove as I want my appliances to be a s new as possible since I'm riddled with OCD's. great thing though is the DW agrees.... Try the new wave or superwave oven as they cooked our T-day turkey of 16 lbs in 1.5 hours.... was damn good. and our 4 lb prime rib in 2 hours.on apetite!Re: What tow vehicle do you use to pull your travel trailer?I pull my 2013 Z-1 271BH with a Nissan Armada and a HA hitch. No issues, No sway period. took it all summer last year to multpile places including jersey to florida and back.Re: take a generator or notI bought a new genny for trip to Disney last year and at the last minute the DW convinced me to leave it behind. I regretted it every time we stopped in a rest area for a few hours sleep in the extreme heat! the genny would have kept us cool.....Re: Interior halogen bulbsIf you want to find the wattage or current draw you will need a current meter and put it in line with one of the legs to see the current draw. That will of course tell you what the bulb should be when buying more.
