crossroads forum website

I just recently had my account deleted on that website as I was attacked by a few of the members verbally when I made a negative post concerning my personal experiences with CrossRoads. Has anyone had that happen to them on that website?

Well... when you create a post last night asking that your account be deleted, you can expect that it will. After posting here about it without the context that you included in your Crossroads post IMO is a bit unseemly.

Do yourselves a favor and delete my account as I have no further need to frequent this URL.

BTW, if one Googles: CrossRoads RV account deleted and click on the cached page link of the 2nd search result (titled: I feel the love) the entire post that I quoted from can be read.
  • I agree. You will get better results all around if you refrain from slamming manufacturers on the way your trailer is built. Part of the responsibility is on the purchaser to make sure the product is what you want.
I have had great service from Crossroads on any defective parts installed on my trailer.
It is a fine line for any forum to keep all posters happy for sure.

Yes. Once in a while I'll find some tid-bits of helpfull information. but most of the time the "cranked up" posts are very entertaining - as well as the followup comments.

But honestly, I will find that it is much better to express an issue positively instead of a direct slam. Like "what's the best way to fix the awning that has never worked right?" Rather than, "How stupid for that manufacturer to install the awning in that way, what a jerk."
  • CrossRoads and RV.Net are my two favorites. For the most part both are full of helpful people. Mostly I find humor in the few people that get all cranked up over trivial stuff. :W
