Crossroads RV Forums
The forums sponsored by "Crossroads RVs" have been "down for maintenance" for a few days now.
I could be 100 percent wrong, but the last time I saw a company sponsored forum that was "down for maintence" longer than overnight, it turned out to be "down for good".
Lately, a majority of the posts have been on the declining quality, comments on the warranty changing and in a lot of cases, poor service.
People were reporting about front caps cracking, slide issues, wall separations, axle problems, all indications that a company that was built on its reputation for extreme quality and customer service is going through a transition period, mostly for the worst.
Even our 2010 Crossroads Cruiser has issues that should never have made it out of the factory.
My opinion is that it became/was becoming bad for business that too many people were seeing too many problems occurring on people's RVs.
We shall see if I am wrong. I hope I am.
