All great responses, thank you! I will check out all the links! And, yes, Tawanda i straight out of the movie "Fried Green Tomatoes." I need some of Cathy Bates confidence to pull off this trip. I did mean to post here because I'm considering "up and over" if I can swing it. My relatives came from Canada and I've always wanted to explore there. My other choice is Route 50. Hi, I'm new to the site. I'm traveling coast to to coast this summer (west to east) and want to get some opinions here on traveling alone as a woman. I'm new to this site. I have to say, the idea of traveling up instead of across sounds good to me! I have the whole summer to play. I would love to visit Alaska, too, and perhaps see an aurora. Do folks travel together? I'm a single woman and that would be so great...291Views0likes0Comments
