Dometic a/c
I am having an issue with a Dometic roof air unit. I use the genset to power my ac units when traveling. The front ac sometimes cycles off, then comes right back on, runs a bit then goes off, back on again. This happens on shore power too, same way, but not all the time...quite new roof unit and new thermostat. Air blows cold... For what its worth I have neither of these coaches. A friend of mine recently went from a 2017 Fleetwood Storm to a 2019 Fleetwood Discovery 44B. I did get to look it over quite well and was impressed with the quality it had. The only issue they had were problems right off the getgo with the jack system. They questioned about some residual fluid by the floor near the jacks they suspected may be leaks. Of course the tech told them it was not a concern and seemed to not be an issue. They have had no issues to date and seem to be happy with their choice. When they told me what they paid I thought that it was too much, but thats only my opinion so not really scientific. Good luck, as I have heard good things about Newmars build quality but never have seen a Ventana inside yet.166Views0likes0CommentsRe: A drone while camping
I have a DJI Mavic pro platinum that I keep in the Rv. We are full time and see more and more restrictions as we move around. All the Florida State Parks are no fly drone areas. Of course Military base campgrounds are a no fly area.(I have been at one for four months now). It is getting difficult to find empty accessible fields to fly at too. It is sad that several drone owners that follow the law and the rules are getting closed down because of reckless and irresponsible drone operators. I was lucky and banked with the same bank as the sellers. They wanted some cash and rest in their account. We met at their bank, got cash from my account, and transferred rest to theirs with a bank employee. They notarized a bill of sale for us.
