Everything I have read would indicate that the DKD 7.5 is way better than the Quiet Diesel for durability. They built a lot of things better in the old days. Crock Pot => Crackpot. All you need is aluminum foil, salt, pepper, and an exhaust manifold. I have a paperback book (Manifold Destiny) chock full of recipes for low and slow motorhome cooking, whether it is last night's Lasagna or today's roadkill. My family has a trip planned this month using Hwy 160 and Hwy 285 thru Colo. Pagosa Springs sounds scary as I can still remember some of the words to the "Wolf Creek Pass" song of long ago. Is anyone here familiar with this road and care to comment? Thanks.889Views0likes4Comments
