As I get older, those darn tanks seem to get heavier and heavier. The lock down system (wing nuts on all thread) is just not efficient. Has somebody come up with a better solution for filling propane tanks on towables?A quick answer '99 Holiday Rambler 26" TTI purchased an older HR travel trailer and in a recent wind storm, the shroud blew off the AC. What fits that model? All that is left of the original shroud is a piece that says "Quick Cool". The trailer is a '99 Holiday Rambler 26' no slides. Pretty small and pretty basic. Thanks for your reply, I want to get this replaced as soon as possible.Re: Onan to Honda generator.Thank you gentlemen for your responses. I kind of figured that too. Didn't know about the Honda built ins and will check them out but to trade out one and buy another with the same issues seems dumb and expensive. I also own a Honda EU 2000 which I use most of the time for basic electric use. If I need the 'big dog' to run the micro or the AC, then I fire up the Onan.Onan to Honda generator. On my toyhauler, I have a Onan 4000 generator. Its a nice generator and plenty powerful. However, it's noisy and it really likes fuel. Sitting in my garage and doing virtually nothing but take up space, I have Honda EU3000I. generator. I really like this generator. It's quiet, sips the fuel and pretty compact. Now for the question. Can I swap out the Onan for the Honda? What would be the ramifications here. I know that exhaust would have to be dealt with. Has anybody done this? Thanks...I look forward to reading your responses.
