Thanks for responding, Chris. It has five buttons. It may well be that I don't know how to set it properly.Mode button is on top. Zone button on bottom. Pressing zone button will change mode. Monaco motor home with two dometic roof a/cs. Duotherm thermostat that is new. With Mode on cool, one ac may run on cool and the other on heat pump. Then vice versa. Can someone suggest how to program so both work as they should simultaneously? Very experienced tech in Memphis fixed it a few months ago. Has jumped track again.777Views0likes5Comments
