I haven't tried my removable awning yet. Sure hope it works. Got a 12X12 waterproof nylon and I'm going to attach it to my rain gutter with small metal clamps. Know that won't be the prettiest but I have very little storage. I priced the Kelty brand aluminum adjustable pole. Has 3 sections so easy to store. BUT it's $40 for one. Still a lot cheaper than installing an awning. Like I said, hope it works because I'll be on the move through the winter on the western coast and know I'll have rain426Views0likes0Comments12V wiring
Had my fridge replaced. Old was 3-way. Asked if I wanted to replace with same type. Answered yes because I wanted the ability to use 12V if necessary. After install going through instructions and installer said don't use with 12 V because your wiring isn't big enough. I know I don't have enough battery power. Solar/battery/inverter to be added soon. Question, in general, how difficult (which to me translates into $$$) is it to upgrade 12V wiring.
