I used them for 2 trips and when I picked up my trailer last weekend found that both were dead (I forgot to unplug the negative battery lead and accidentally left a light on the travel trailer for a few weeks). When I got home I attempted to charge the batteries and got the 'Dead' message on my Schumacher charger. I next attempted to charge each battery individually but my charger did not even recognize and try to charge one of the batteries and the other battery read 'Dead' after 10 minutes of charging. Do you think I received 2 bad batteries from costco? I tried using a different battery charger and have run into the same issues with the batteries.Re: EAZ-LIFT WD bar adjustmentThanks for all of your help. I will try to add a few blocks of wood to get my jack higher and lift my vehicle up higher so that I have 3 chain links hanging free and then check the tension. @goducks10- I have a top mount ball coupler. I had a bit of sway my last trip and I think this will help along with adding a left side sway controller to match the right since my trailer is 32' long.Re: EAZ-LIFT WD bar adjustmentDoes adding a washer add or remove a link on the chains? My trailer tongue jack is raised all the way and I can only hitch up with two links hanging.EAZ-LIFT WD bar adjustmentI have an Eaz-Lift WD hitch system. I am trying to obtain the correct adjustment on the hitch but have been having a tough time. With two links hanging free on the WD bars, the rear of the tow vehicle is 1" lower and the front 1/2" higher than without any trailer hooked up. It seems that with more links hanging free the more level the rear becomes (I had 1 link hanging free at first but the rear sagged even more, but I can't pull anymore links as that is as tight as it gets and I have the hitch lifted up quite a bit to accomplish this. How do I get more links free on the bars? I have heard that if I add washers to the title head angle that might help but I'm not certain if I need to add washers or remove some. Please help.Re: The Official unofficial CPE 2000i Generator ThreadI understand at 9,000 feet but at 6,000 feet it's not unusual to run the AC in July.Re: The Official unofficial CPE 2000i Generator ThreadWhen you parallel two of these together, do you get 3,000 watt continuous or 3,000 watt max output? I am debating on buying two 2,000 watt units or holding out for the 3,100 watt unit (2800 watt rated). I live and camp at altitude 6000-9000 ft and from reading this thread I don't want issues starting my 17,500 RV ac with the single 3,100 watt unit like others have reported with the smaller ones hooked up in parallel. Your thoughts?
