I was told by an owner at Dunkin Donuts that the problem with most coffee makers, is that they are plastic and can't get the water to boiling (212). Use any rand...they all come out great.Re: Check valve between FW tank and city water?Right on Old Biscuit. Thanks. I installed a 1/2 inch check valve on the suction side of the pump and problem solved. I didn't try to clear the pumps internal check valve...Cost about $6 for the check valve and a couple of connectors. Thanks againRe: Check valve between FW tank and city water?Sorry about not getting my question in the last post. Does installing an n-line check valve also eliminate the cycling problem I'm having with the pump when I turn the water off?Re: Check valve between FW tank and city water? Fill valve could be problem.......not closing/leaking Toilet seal lubricantWhat is a good lubricant for toilet seals. My toilet is leaking water.Re: Water Heater - On my last nerveI think I have a problem with the outside switch as well. I have checked the power all the way to the WH side of the internal switch, and all is well. How do I get in behind the outside switch to check out the wiring? And since I have an internal switch, can I simply remove the outside one and direct wire it?Eternabond productsSomeome please tell me the difference between Eternabond WebSeal and Eternabond RoofSeal. Which is the best to use on a EPDM roof to seal edges of rooftop features and the roof caps?Re: Air Conditioner changeout wa8yxm wrote: Replacing: If you are replacing the ENTIRE A/C (All 3 modules) then it is unhook the old one drop in the new one (Thermostat wires, Power wires and that's all) Howeeer if your A/C like mine, is ducted that middle part is a witch. But since you are replacing a brisk air with a brisk air you should be able to just replace the UPPER unit, plug it in and it runs.. Thanks, wa8yxm...I'll let you know in a couple of weeks how it went.Re: Air Conditioner changeoutIt looks as if all i need to do is to set the unit, plug in the thermostat, and attach the electric. It appears that the newer unit has a smaller ceiling fixture than the old. This is a non-ducted system. Thanks for the feedback.
