It has some how gotten water in it and has rotten out by the water getting in somewhere. I am looking to replace it with a new one but can't seem to find any place that sell replacements. I have tried the KZ website and they aren't answering my request in the customer care contact page. this trailer has only about 7500 miles as it just goes to my campsite in the summer and it is stored inside under cover the rest of the time. can any of you fellow toy haulers help me in getting a replacement or an site where I can order one. thanksRe: oxygenated cleanerthis is not Oxiclean it goes by the name "WaterSeal" and you get it at big box stores or lumber yards and it it put out by "Thompsons". To clean outdoor surfaces, use concentrated oxygen powered cleaners, like this one, to remove dirt, mildew, algae, fungus. They are chlorine-free and biodegradable. This cleaner, WaterSeal by Thompson's. this is where I saw it http://www.ronhazelton.com/projects/how_to_clean_outdoor_surfaces_using_oxygen_cleaners/oxygenated cleanerI saw some oxygenated cleaner on utube that you mix this item with water, wet the area first and then spray this stuff on. let it soak for a couple of minutes and lightly scrub with brush and hose away the dirt and grime. can this stuff be used on my rubber roof without hurting it and does it need to have some sort of sealer applied after. it looks almost to good to be truepressuer washermy next door neighbor just got a 2700 psi pressure washer and I was wondering if I could use it on my rubber roof at the 40 degree nozzle without any danger to the roof, I know I would have to stay away from the roof vents and anything else that has sealant around them? thanks for any helpRe: Diesel vs gas......................Well ater having my daughters boy friend tow my 33' TT to this summers R&R spot with his new (used) 2001 Chevy 2500HD with Durmax/Allison combo it sure made a believer out of me. He pulled his own 27' TT with a 2500HD with the 6.6 gasser motor with auto trans last year and it was okay until you came upon an ant hill then it was all down hill from there, semi's would pass him but no one passed us towing my TT and we had room to spare. IT so convienced me that I just took advantage of GM's new pay what GM employees pay and I will be taking delivery of a new 2005 Chevy 3500 Dually with the Durmax/Allison combo Monday even if I let it set all summer until fall it was the best deal out there and I did go a bit over board with a dually but in the near future I can see a fifth wheel and the used trucks were in about the same price range with a lot more miles so we decide to bit the bullet now and purchase a new one.
