(I thought I could take the knob from the outside shower that I never used but guess what - despite the fact they look exactly the same on the outside, the inside was completely different).Re: Transporting RV batteries in your TVThanks!Transporting RV batteries in your TVThis may be a stupid question but I want to know if it's okay to have two deep cycle RV batteries in the trunk of my TV for about four hours. I'm going to buy new ones and recycle the old ones but I'll have to keep them in my TV for about three hours in a parking garage while I do some errands in the morning. Usually when I transport batteries (or propane for that matter) I try to keep it under 15 minutes.Re: 14-50 Nema converter to 30 AMP femaleThanks. I'll buy an adapter and I guess I'll have to find one of my voltmeters.14-50 Nema converter to 30 AMP femaleSo I just installed a 14-50 Nema outlet to charge my electric vehicle. I believe it's 240v, but as far as I know it pulls it from 2x120v. Can I use an adapter and plug my 30AMP 110v trailer to it? Will I get 240v or 110/120v?TV heightA friend bought a TV that can be lowered or raised. All else being equal (good WDH, right payload, etc.), which one is better?tst 507 installation wrench replacementSo it's that time of the year again and I can't find my TST 507 installation wrench. Any ideas where to buy replacements online? Thanks.Re: The AccountantWell, the more you know! The AccountantHas anyone seen the Accountant? Ben Affleck plays an accountant that has an F150 towing an Airstream loaded with guns and even a motorcycle. I think I heard him saying something about 35 feet and three axles (but I may be mistaken). Here you can see the inside at 0:45 and 1:07. Can the F150 handle that? :) Here's a snapshot from the movie: Re: Hensley Propride shopping, buying and experianceLove my ProPride, and Sean has helped me a lot through the years. I have no experience with Hensley. The difference between the ProPride and Reese dual cam was like night and day. And I did everything I could to get the Reese right, my TV is just not good enough. There is some maintenance that comes with the hitch - re-centering the yoke, greasing, checking the bolts, etc. But I'd do that and more to not ever have the white knuckle experience that would haunt me every trip before I started using the VPP hitch. The Pullrite was a nonstarter for me since they wouldn't do it for my TV, and even if they did the weight would be too much.
