Buy new ones and sleep easy!!!!Thor ChallengerThoughts on these Class A's? Good, bad.......I saw i nice video on them and they look interesting.Fleetwood Discovery 40XSo after my "Thinking of a Pusher" posts, I have received a ton of info. RVtrader and youtube are a have a ton of information on pushers and we are now strongly heading in that direction. Well, today on the way home we stopped at a local dealer and spotted a 2007 Discovery 40X. Perfect floor plan and the wife fell in love right away. She would have bought it if we were ready to actually buy. I have been leaong, based on my research and your input, on Winni, Newmar and Tiffin. I have had a 1996 Southwind in the past but no nothing of the newer models of Fleetwood. Are they good rigs? Roofs, slides ect. So looking forward to your thoughts on the topic. Im a stickler for roofs and no leaks. Hoping the roof system is tops.Thinking of a pusher 2Thank you all for the solid tips on my first post regarding roof systems. Helps a lot. All the campers I have had in the past I think I have spent more time on the roof applying sealant than I have actual camping. But not leaks, as far as I know. So now another question. Slide out mechanics???? I am guessing there are a few different ones out there and I am guessing that some are better than others. I recently viewed a 2017 gaser with a large full wall slide. It has cables pulling it in and out and Teflon rollers underneath. Not knowing anything about slides I wondered if this was a good thing or not so good thing. Once again, thank you in advance and I look forward to the input. All my other rigs were straight models with no slides. CarlRe: Thinking of a pusherThank you for all the input. I have been looking at the coaches suggested and will keep all this info in mind while we are searching for the perfect used coach. Thanks again!!Thinking of a pusherHi everyone, Not new here but it has been a while since my last post and most likely in another category. Any, wife and I are thinking of a Class A. We are looking at gas but I have since found that used pushers are running pretty close price wise with a used gas in similar size mileage and year. I love the Winnebago line for their quality but mostly for the roof system. One piece fiberglass. My question is what other brands are using the same roofing system? Also, what brands are the "stay away from" brands? We are looking for long distance travel, horse power and of course longer periods staying in the coach. Thanks for your attention. CarlBath and half with double sinksWe went to the camping show in Boston last weekend and found a class a with a bath and a half with the rear bath having double sinks. I thought it was a Allegro but can't seem to find it. It was a gas, 35' or bigger. Loved the floor plan. Anyone know what make and model it might be??Re: Using propane heater exhaust as a outside heat source? It's hard for me to imagine that this is even thought as a possibility. Running drier vents to route furnace exhaust through the basement of a camper! Yikes!!!!!!! CO...............can you say DEAD???????Re: Florida Life with a TC?Lake Weir Living in Ocklawaha!!!!
