I would be scared putting the car on the deck. With my luck I would drive off the other side. Cool project.Re: Suggestions on reputable 5th wheel toy haulerBuy what you are happy with. As a general rule folks will go on line and post negative stuff but generally will not take the time to post positive. The negative is a small fraction of the overall sales of a manufacture. I have a fuzion 360 (Which they no longer make) that we love. I have talked to other folks who want to burn theirs to the ground. Buy what you want and pick it apart before leaving the dealer.Re: Water Heater replacementI have a 360 and I have not had to replace my water heater however I have had to make some repairs to it. On mine I had to remove the panels in the front pass through to get to the back of the water heater. It was a PIA but you might be able to slide it out enough outside the camper to replace it.Re: Not a Newbie, but been to long and need adviceI have a 40' triple axle Fuzion 360 that I tow with a GMC Dually. When not towing the Dually is my daily driver. I have no issues using the truck as my daily driver I just park farther away and get my walking in. However with my set up I have some campgrounds we do not fit into because the turning radius for backing is so short. Of course pull thru sites are not usually an issue it is the back in sights. We have discussed going smaller for the reduced weight and increased maneuverability. They keep making bigger and heavier campers but the campgrounds are not getting bigger. Just my 2 cents.Re: Propane!Since electricity is included in the price at a campground I run electric heaters during the day and do my best to limit the use of the propane heat. You are learning and all of us had had some form or another of a learning curve and have run into issues along the way. When using the electric be prepared to trip some breakers as you will forget the heater is on and try to use some other electric appliance. :)Re: Realilistic mileage with a fifthwheel.I get 9.9 with my 2017 Duramax Dually towing a 40ft Toyhauler.Grand Design Solitude 310GK QuestionsGreetings to all, I currently own a Keyston Fuzion FZ360 toy hauler which we love. We have had it for 7 years and are now thinking we may want to scrap the garage section and have just a nice 5th wheel. It seems like most 5th wheels have either poor layouts (ones we don't care for) or poor build components/quality. One that has caught our eye is the Grand Design 310GK. Does anyone on here have any feedback regarding that model? They also have a 310GK-R. I am not sure what the "R" is for my guess is residential? TIA BryanRe: Keystone Fuzion FZ 360 Bedroom SlideoutI took it all apart a few months ago and found a 22" section of wood rotted out. I cut out the bad would and did all my repairs seems to be working like a champ again.Re: How long do you keep your Toy Haulers?I have had my Fuzion 360 since Nov 2010. We average 30+ nights a year in it. I have no desire to get rid of it.Re: Keystone Fuzion FZ 360 Bedroom SlideoutMakes sense. I need to dig into it and see what I can find. Thanks
