selling MH
Thinking of selling my MH, need advice on how it works when you have a balance due on the MH. Due to the time involved getting a clear title how is it possible to give the buyer protection after you get his $$$? If someone comes up with the cash all i have to give him is a title with a lien on it. I know of NO ONE that will agree to that, not Me that's for sure. i have not used my MH since winterizing it in October of 2012 just going over it now for my first trip this year. I checked the tire pressures and "ALL SIX TIRES " WERE AT THE SAME PRESSURE as when i parked it last year.!!!!!:h never thought this was possible so i checked them again. yep same thing. and yes, i do have those dumb valve extenders that everyone says are junk and they leak. gotta go now, (gotta buy me a power ball):B:B2KViews0likes5Comments
