Electric Water Heater
Hi there, My brother has 2019 Entegra Vision 26x. He’s having a few issues and I wondered if you could help. One issue is the water heater. Using propane, the water gets warm, but on electric, it worked for a little while (a day), but now the water is cold again. Any thoughts on what the issue could be? Water was coming out cold, but 30 minutes later, his wife called over to our camp site and said it was now hot. I don't know what made it start working....I know in my trailer, I flip the switch, run the water for about 5 minutes, and it becomes hot. Anyway, it's all working now! Hello fellow rvers, My brother-in-law has been using my 5th wheel, and is using a generator that he borrowed from a friend. He said it's been working fine all week, but last night, the trailer was not getting power from the generator. I asked him the obvious about gas in the generator, and he said yes. I've never used a generator camping, so I have no idea why there's no power. I"m guessing some sort of malfunction with the generator. Hello, We are wrapping up phase 1 of our living area remodel. We remove the fold-down doors over the couch and dining table compartments; removing the top hinges, handles, and the hydraulic type hinge on the side that keeps the door in the open position. A head-scratcher for me occurred when trying to reinstall the hinges. Once I screwed in the 2 top screws and the one bottom screw that goes through the cylinder piece, door would not close. The thin rod that slides into the cylinder only went a little way then stopped. When I tried a little force, it popped the top right hinge screws. I have 5 of these to install, and have no idea what to do other than looking for another type of hinge. Any input is appreciated.695Views0likes3CommentsSlide-out Maintenance
Hello, I'm looking for recommendations for a lubricant for the slide-out gear on my 5th wheel. The main (and only) slide-out has 2 or 3 bars or posts mechanisms underneath that I'd like to service.
