They had to close it because of it being so bad.Re: frozen sewer hose and water lineI've live full time in a TT, in 8 years I never had a hose freeze. You need the sewer hose to have a good slope to it for the gary water to drain, No flat spots. For my fresh water I use heat tape, taped to the hose with black pipe insulation over the hose an heat tape, I keep about 2 feet of heat tape out past the end of the hose to warp around the hose bibb.,this will keep ever thing working.Re: Crew Cab or Regular CabDJ I like the looks of your rig in the photo, it's kind of what I'am looking for. Compact an easy to get into an out of small parking & camping spaces. Does any one know if the over hangs are all the same length whit the N-S beds ? It's hard to till just from some photos. I know you loose storage in a reg. Cab but like DJ was saying the Ram's have more room behind the seat then the other brands. Just how much stuff do I really need ? I'm putting on a 9.5 foot camper on it . I thur hiked the A-T an my backpack was only 22 lb. without food an water. Thanks everyone for your thoughts on this.Re: Crew Cab or Regular CabHey, Diselburds they do make a 3500 srw reg. Cab pick- up, there just very hard to locate . I wood like to stay with the Cummins, and I do like the Ram truck body that comes with it ! I had a reg. cab trucks for 20 years before they had the CC's , some how I made do all that time. But the CC's are nice for all the other stuff that always ends up coming along. I think I'll test drive both an see how I feel about it.Crew Cab or Regular CabI'am looking to get a New Ram 3500 dully to put ( most likely ) a Arctic Fox 990 TC, I wood like the shorter wheel base of the reg. cab plus it's $4000 less then the CC cab. I know they look odd with the over hang, but is there any drawl backs to the regular cab ? How are they in the rain or snow ? The CC cab is nice put I'am by myself an don't need all that much room, the back seat is mostly a junk collector, that's what the one I have now is. But if the CC cab handlers the camper better I will go with it. Thanks for your help.:)Re: Pay Load for 06 dodgeThanks to everyone for the information. I forgot to ask what's the mileage on these trucks with camper an without ?Pay Load for 06 dodgeI need some help finding the payload rating for a truck I'am looking to buy. It's a 2006 dodge ram, 3500 dully heavy duty, 4x4 diesel, it only has 48,800 miles on it. It's 200 mile from me, so I can't go an see it till next week, the sales man is tilling me the payload is only 2250 witch seams low for a 3500 dully ? If someone has the same truck it would be very helpful too find out the real payload. I want to get a 9.5 or 8.5 camper for it. I was at the Northstar factory the other day and was in there 9.5 igloo an a 8.5 arrow I liked 9.5 but it wt. is about 3500 ib. Thanks for your help.Re: 2012 Ram 2500 wheel weight limitI have a 2012 3500 SRW and it has the same wheel as in your photo
