You need to also check the roller or slide rub block under the front end. Some can be adjusted or may need to be replaced. With the slide out. Check angle of the slide wall, front and back. Are they the same? If not, check for loose bolts letting the floor sag and the top not come all the way in. On Edit...I forgot to say look for somthing stuck on the slide top holding it from closing. Even with a slide topper, stuff can blow in there. Even the slide topper can get out of adjustment and jam.Re: Generator vapor lockingCheck your cooling air outflow screen. I once found a mouse nest and family blocking 50% of the air flow. Not all that easy to clear. But no problem after that.Re: Passenger seat beltsThor Motor Coach recommends installing the child safety seat in the forward facing booth dinette position. For rear-facing child seats and infant carriers, the dinette table can be placed in the "down" position to allow adequate room for the rear facing child seat. If your motorhome is not equipped with a forward facing booth dinette seat, we recommend that small children that require a child seat not be transported in a motorhome. This is from the THOR manual and is over the top "cover your a$$". The post above has it covered. Drive with care and best of luck.Re: ONAN generator no startAre the house batteries charged? The Genset uses the house battery for starting. You may need to plug into power or use a charger to bring the house battery up. It may work to hold the aux sw on the dash while starting the genset. (If the battery has enough power to close the relay)Re: 2018 Thor ACE 27.2 tire pressure questionRead this tire manual. It will tell you all you need to know. https://www.goodyearrvtires.com/pdfs/tire-care-guide.pdfForest River, Flagstaff LiteMy DD & SIL are looking ;) at a new Forest River, Flagstaff Lite. Model FLT25FKS. They will be towing with a Ford Excursion. They have rented like TTs in the past. So they know what they are getting into as far as TT camping. Maintaining and up keep will be a new experiance. Any owners out there have a checklist that would help? They love the floor plan and are more than ready to "Pull the trigger". I'm asking you TT guys, what do you think? Anything they should be looking out for? :E Thanks Grampa WayneRe: No Bright Headlights, SometimesBeen there, done that! Seems I'm not alone. We need these easy fixes from time to time. To keep us going.Re: Electrical cord power reelFirst off what is not working? I would guess the reel is not turning. Do you have a hand held remote or a switch? Do you have power to the system? Do you have a bypass lever to let you operate the reel manually? If so is in power mode?Re: Chassis BatteriesI have two AMG batterys, the last set lasted 10 years. I never let them get below 80% charge. Works for me.Re: check valvesThank you for posting the fix.
