Is my Invisibrake working correctly?
We had an Invisibrake installed today. Everthing seemed fine the first 20 miles or so. When I braked, the dash light came on indicating the towed vehicle was braking. But then a few times the light came on, then it didn't, sometimes it would come on well after I braked the motorhome. I have read my manual where it says, in the EMERGENCY TOWING section, that the vehicle should be towed on a flatbed truck. I have a 2007 Honda Element with a manual transmission. It's an AWD vehicle. I'd really like to tow it behind my motorhome. It is no longer under warranty so I'm not worried about a warranty claim.
