LarryRe: Leaving RV fridge onI would agree with most on this thred. I had a 05 Forest River Wildcat and left the fridge running 24/7. Saying that, I was courious what others did as well.Leaving RV fridge onDoes anyone leave the fridge on 24/7 in your RV? ( Weekenders ) LarryFW decalsI've seen alot of comments about general upkeep keeping the fifth wheel "waxed" but I understand it a whole different story what to use on the decals. Some say marine 31 gel coat spray wax plus or 303. Any others that are more of a sealant that can be used for decals as well as the gel coat fiberglass? A similar post is here but i didn't see it speak about decals. Thank's in advance, LarryWater hose sizeDoes it really make any difference whether to use 5/8 or 1/2 " for the hose size to the FW? Thank"s LarryRV in line water filtersAny suggestions what make seams to be both reasonably priced as well good quality for a in line water filer. Thanks in advance, LarryMy scaled weightI'm not sure the math adds up correctly here. My FW dry weight is 8043 # pin of 1142 truck with full tank and wife 7800#. There is close to 300 # that is packed at the time of weigh in. Truck weight plus pin was 9220, FW was 7120 # ( truck was still hooked up,just off the scale) Gross for TV and FW was 16560 #. I was presently surprised at this , but much lower than anticipated. My GVWR is 9000,Tow Rating is 9850, Payload is 2020 and GCVWR is 17000.
