Got a 30' roll from Amazon...worked fine (except black instead of dirty white). DSRe: Boycott “No Campfires” Yolue wrote: It’s bad enough that so many places don’t allow wood fires but not allowing propane campfires is beyond ridiculous. We stayed at an Oregon State Park last summer & were informed propane fires were not allowed due to fire danger. I questioned the host about how many times a propane fire has sparked a wildfire & he finally admitted "we're afraid other campers may see your fire and assume it's ok to have their own wood fire". Another example of dumbing down everything to suit the lowest common denominator!Re: no RV parkingMethinks this is the reason why anti-RV ordinances are exploding! Big problem in Portland...can't say I blame them.Re: A brag on TST Tire pressure system company Bobbo wrote: I emailed them to ask what battery it took so I could replace the battery. Even though it was out of warranty, they mailed me a new receiver, gratis. Interesting. How long ago was this? I had the same problem & also asked about the battery type. Was told it would be cheaper to replace the rcvr, which they gladly sold me for $60. I wonder if they've tightened up their famous customer service? Come to think about it, last time I needed new o-rings I had to pay for those too...Re: Cardlocks (Pacific Pride, etc)We've been using Pioneer Fuel for several years. They are a PP reseller & cater to RV's. Monthly auto checking acct withdrawls make it pretty simple. Prices are always at or below other stations in the area when I refuel. And since the stations are designed for trucks it's much easier to get in & out. Plus no waiting for a gas jockey in Oregon. Plus much less busy. Win-win.Road Warrior YouTuber's in accident?I just saw on another YouTube channel that Sean O'Conner from the Road Warrior channel has been killed in a motorcycle accident & Caro badly injured. Can anyone confirm? Found this which seems legit. Like them or not I found their travels entertaining. Hoping it's not some cruel joke. Mod, please move to appropriate forum is this is inappropriate.Re: To Tote a Tote or not to Tote Beaker wrote: Took the wheels off mine, put it in the pickup bed, and use a Flojet to pump it up. This is what I do also. The Barker 32 gal. tank sits crossways just inside the tailgate with the slide valve facing out. Sani-Con pump attaches to the 3" outlet on trailer & pumps whatever liquid I want up into the tank. (I made an adapter to quick-connect the outflow nozzle to the tank so I don't have to stand there holding it.) So far the sight gauge has prevented me from over filling the tank. I wish Barker made a 100 gal. model, but this works OK. Depending on how far you need to drive to the dump station it's usually a 15-20 min. round trip.Re: Level Up reboot fixed my problems. No, but I'm sure gonna try that! My electric 4 point Level up system (which I believe is LCI) lost the ability to return to the unhitch height after about 6 mo. Never had the batts out since but turn them off when parking. If the leveling CPU has a secondary "always on" power feed that may fix the problem.Re: Best "shut em down" moment? wa8yxm wrote: Reached in the jeep and with one hand pulled the guy driving out and dumped him in a snow bank This is the owner/driver of the Jeep? Not sure I would have appreciated that...:hRe: disposable glove containerOops! Maybe I misread this...are you looking for a place to dispose of the used gloves? A small trashcan in side compartment perhaps?
