I had to scroll a lot and found it on page 10, but that's on my tablet. Good luck.Re: Battery and solar questionThanks guys!Re: Florida - Saint Joseph or Saint GeorgeI may have made the wrong impression about dogs at St George...they are welcome in the campground just not on the beaches.Battery and solar questionWhich is the best house AGM battery (for the money) to use for solar charging? ThanksRe: Florida - Saint Joseph or Saint GeorgeIf I remember correctly, restaurants are quite far from St Joe. St George has some good local restaurants, no chain stores here and depending on how far you like to bike you could bike to them. There is a bike trail. Also St George is pet friendly on the beach but NOT in the park section. Both places are beautiful in their own way with biking and kayaking. My friend just returned from St Joe and they caught a pompano just surf fishing. Pretty cool.Re: Dometic Royale stopped working on shore power...Thanks Old-Biscuit, As soon as this rain storm passes, we'll try that.Dometic Royale stopped working on shore power...Hi all, I had hoped to make a happier post since we just got this unit, downsized and thrilled. Its a 2003 Coach House with the Dometic Royale model RM 3663. Our first trip out on Friday, fridge worked fine on gas to cool it and DC while traveling but when we plugged it in at the campsite all the lights went off on the panel and we could never get it on again, even on gas or DC. We have a surge protector and it indicates that the power coming in was fine and everything else in the coach worked as expected. We looked at all the fuses and checked the connections on the inside that you get to from the outside of the unit. The only thing that I did differently, which really shouldn't have any effect, was I turned the temperature up from 4 to 5 before we plugged in because we really hadn't turned the unit on early enough before our trip and we had just bought all the food on the way. Any suggestions? We bought the unit a week ago Wednesday and did buy a Good Sam ESC but I hate to make a claim so soon and I do hope the collective knowledge here can help. Thanks in advance. Oh, and the test/reset switch doesn't go back in. It should stay in when I pull down the reset switch right?Re: What did you forget home on your last trip?I hate when I forget my sleeping pillows. Remember bug spray now too. Have fun and don't worry about what you don't have. Getting ready for the Big Western Advenure. Where is the Big Western Adventure? Ours will be Yellowstone for the first time. Going from Florida to Seattle, WA to see my son and my sister in Moab, UT while trying to see as many National Parks and waterfalls along the way. Yellowstone is one of them. We're taking 4-5 months and know there will lots of zig zags and detours as we have no reservations but also no real time restraints. This is our first BIG trip. Prior to this we've only been gone a maximum of 2 weeks, if that. We have two dogs so if I keep a journal I'm calling it "Tales and Trails of the Traveling Tails." I'm getting very excitied as we plan to leave in early May. When are you heading out?Re: What did you do to your Class A MH today???Rearranged the storage bays, washed the bugs off the windshield, vacuumed the floor, cleaned out the shower that somehow had turned into a storage unit after the last trip, and ran the genny.
