Also any idea why I had power to the valve all the time?Re: west yellowstone entrance to grand teton national park?Just made that drive last week except I went from Grand Teton to West Yellowstone. Traffic was still heavy in the park in the Madison to Old Faithful area especially for those headed EastRe: My water pump quit[img] [/img] I bypassed this valve and now have water ThanksMy water pump quitI am currently on a trip and my coach water pump quit. The coach is a 2003 Itasca Horizon. The pump does run but does not draw water from the tank. I did run a hose from the pump intake to a bucket of water and the pump will draw water from the bucket. I am wondering if I have a problem with the electric bypass valve. After I took things apart I found two of these valves. I am nor sure exactly what they do. The solenoid on the one in the back was hot. The other strange thing was that when the water quit it was right after I started the generator Any ideas? ThanksThe F30T8 Florescent lamps have quitAnybody have any suggestions on what to replace these with? The fixture has two lamps in itRe: 2003 Itasca DP does not always startIt ended up being the magnetic starter relay.Re: 2003 Itasca DP does not always startChecked it our again today, it starts on the first try less than 1/2 the time. Most of the time if it did not try to start it will work the next time you try it or if you just hold the key. On a few occasions it took 4 or 5 attempts before it started. If the lights are on they do not dim if it does not start. The battery connections checked out ok. I am leaning towards a bad ignition switch. Tomorrow I will see what the Freightliner dealer has to say.Re: 2003 Itasca DP does not always startWhen I turn the key all the normal lights on the dash come on. When I move the key to the start position the starter does not even engage.2003 Itasca DP does not always startLast week I got the oil changed on my motor home. On the way home I stopped for fuel. When I tried to start the rig nothing happened when I turned the key. The next time I tried to start the rig it fired right up. It started just fine after that until today. Today it acted up again. About half the time nothing would happen when you turned the key. I checked the voltage at the battery and got 12.59 volts. That seems a little low to me. The batteries are not quite 3 years old. When it does not start it does not even try to turn over Any ideas.Re: North Dakota?I have done them all over the years. They are all ok. The shortest is I94 to Jamesrown then US 52 to Minot. If you are into Lewis & Clark history take I94 to Bismark then US 83 to Minot.. I believe the museum is at Washburn
