Can anyone tell me what type of valve it is and what it does? Re: Tankless Water Heater Compatibility?I appreciate all of the helpful ideas and suggestions! Kim and I are going to be living in our Terry Travel Trailer Camper for another 5 years, and we don't want to spend money to fix our current non-working water heater which needs a circuit board, and only to have it eventually have the water heater in our camper break down and then have to buy another one for over $800 so we thought a tankless water heater would be a better idea for our finances. Does anyone have any suggestions that we can check out that would save us from having to eventually buy an over $800 water heater? Because also, we have been living in the camper for 5 years already at an RV park here in town.Tankless Water Heater Compatibility?Tankless electric water heaters are so expensive, and I was wondering if anyone knew if this model would work in our 2007 Terry Travel Trailer Camper? I would like to use it for our shower. https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Rheem-Electric-Tankless-Water-Heater-6kW-RETEX-06-Self-Modulating-SEALED/143340591004?epid=20021167549&hash=item215fc3d79c:g:jcsAAOSwxuRdGyAQ https://www.rheem.com/product/performance-tankless-electric-3-6kw-electric-water-heater-with-5-year-limited-warranty-retex-06/ And if it does fit, how would we convert it to be used in our camper?Buy Remote Thermostat For AC (controlled by Android app) ?I am thinking about buying a remote thermostat that is controlled by an app on my phone for the AC. My wife and I live in a travel trailer in North Florida. And we are going to be living in it for the rest of this summer until late October. And for 3 more years (three more years from mid March through mid October), and I am thinking about buying a remote thermostat so that we can turn the AC on about 20-30 minutes minutes before we get there, and I am trying to decide if running it all day long (about 8 hours a day). and during the night if it would be worth it to buy an aftermarket remote thermostat to save money by not running it all day. The total cost of the aftermarket remote controlled by an Android phone would be about $100. And if anyone knows about a lower cost option, please let me know.Re: Having Propane Tank Valve and/or Regulator Not WorkingThank you all for the great help! I know what I am doing wrong and how to fix it :-)Having Propane Tank Valve and/or Regulator Not WorkingI own a 07 Terry Travel Trailer Camper. I have bought and installed two different new RV regulators to be able to use the propane from the propane tanks for my stove and water heater. For some reason they both never seemed to work right. I have to have the lever/pointer pointed to the propane tank that is not being used for the propane tank that I am using to work, and the propane tank that I am not using has to be hooked up to the regulator, and its valve has to be turned off for the propane tank that I am using to work. Is that how it is supposed to work? Or how is it supposed to work? What can I do to fix it without having to buy another regulator? Also, the propane tank and valve that I am using for our water heater and the stove does work, but sometimes it won't work with even a brand new propane tank that I have exchanged for from Publix. It is an Amerigas propane tank. This issue of the propane tank and valves not working that I have had 3 or 4 propane tanks or valves not working out of 10 propane tanks not working from Publix. I don't think this issue is with Amerigas propane tank valves considering how many propane tanks I have exchanged from Publix. Lately, I have been exchanging either barely used or still full propane tanks to use. Something is wrong with that, and I am not sure what the problem is and how to fix it. What is going on with this and how can I fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Re: A/C Water DripIt is inside the camper. I removed the cover from the top of the unit and I looked for the drain pipe but couldn't find it. It is a new generic unit that replaced the original unit about two years ago. Since it is a generic unit, I have been unable to find any documentation to find out where the drain pipe might be.A/C Water DripOur travel trailer's A/C is leaking. I am pretty sure that the drain pipe is clogged up. We are trying to get by with not getting it fixed for now because I am on a limited income. The water is coming out, like gushing out when we turn the A/C off after it has been running all day. And when it is running, there are drops of water that drop down from the unit. Is there any danger of causing any long-term affects to the A/C if we can get by for a little while longer (about one more month) before getting it fixed. Why or why not? Thanks, Sean
