How many of us out there? We have flat towed our Saturn Vue several times with our 350 with no problems. We have a braking system.Re: Florida Spring Break RV PArkMargaritta ville has built several campgrounds in FL in the past 2 years with pools, waterparks, ect. Auburndall FL has 1. It is about 25 miles south of Disney. If you google they also have near Dollywood and ohers.Re: DENTIST IN PROGRESSOI second the Apple clinic I had my partials made there.Re: Biting InsectsBeen wintering in FL for 25 years, never parked under trees on grass and have never had a problem with bugs. Maybe you need to change areas or parks. We used to do every 3rd year in the Valley and loved it there. Stay in Mission if you don't like wind.Re: full size corner bed vs queen corner bedWe downsized to a queen corner bed, use a Travel Sac , just shake it out in the am. I sleep on the curb size and just slide out the end instead of crawling over husband. If you are buying new I would suggest going a little bigger and get a walk around if you plan to do a lot of traveling.Re: Cant find a place to stay near Harrisburg, PA, help! His Holiness campground at Roxbury just west of shippensburg has full hookups and will give you a good rate, the only time they will be full might be Memorial Day when they have fireworks. About 25 miles from Harrisburg but would give you a base until you find something closer. They would put you somewhere over memorial day, they are good christian people and will try to help you. Here is the website https://roxburycamp.com/Re: Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there? Some years ago we were camped at Lake Louise State campground in FL. We and our friends next door had surge protectors, his protected his rig with no damage to the protector, our protector was fried while protecting our rig. Across the street, the camp host , who did not have protection on his pusher lost ALL his electronics. We even have one left over from our last pusher on lil rig. In 2007 we spent 3 months in Canada and Alaska. At Whistler the power was so high our autoformer would shut down, the campers around us were all using their generators as we did after the hi power warnings were issued. We also were saved from an open ground at 1 time so if you are more than a weekend warrior at some time you may run into a problem.Re: Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there? You have to buy GS road assistance seoarately, we found that Coach Net is the best. On this small rig we are going with our Geico towing but for a bigger rig, evem though all insurers use the same pool of tow providors, Coach Net is picky.Re: Class C Pros and ConsDH got tired of maintaining a pusher and we sold it. I wanted something to take the grands camping so bought a former rental W/O a slide and with an overhead bunk. Depends on what kind of camping you want to do, we have gone to Nova Scotia with out a toad and had no problems with parking, We have also done shorter trips and our 350 has no problem towing a 4000 lb Vue. We have had popups, trailers, and a number of MH's but I went to a small Class C because of the generator. It's nice to stop at a rest stop and have air while eating lunch. 5 years ago the license for a Class A was 80 dollars a year and now our small Class C is 125 a year so with insurance and maintenance a MH is more expensive than a trailer. Depends on how much you will be using it. We used ours 15 days this year and it cost about 120 dollars a night plus campground fees. This was only counting ins, license, inspection and oil changes. Good Luck
