I have a 2004 HiLo trailer and my heater is not working, blows air but no heat, worked good last year but not now. what I am looking for is PICTURES of where to look for the sailswitch. I have tried YouTube and they tell how to fix it but not where its as to even see it. If I can see where it is I can decide to either do myself or get a pro. I believe its a suburban and its a small trailer only 22 ft s the heater is not large. I hope someone can help me with PICTURES. I did hwy 50 from Grand Junction to the 25 and it was good over all. Monarch Pass was the only part that for me was scary as some told me it might be. 7 miles up and 7 miles down, almost 12000 ft up. At the top I talked to a person in the store and asked about the trip down going east. He told me you can get a ticket for going to fast but never for going to slow. He said if you even went 5 mph down you would not get a ticket, you might make some people behind you mad going so slow. I put my truck in 3rd gear and kept it as 35 mph and all was good. other wise the drive was good.812Views0likes0CommentsWater heater problem
I have a new to me 2004 HiLo with a Atwood water heater. Now the WH works on electric just fine but when I try to use gas I get a spark but no flame. So I checked with a gas meeter and there is no gas going to the WH. I was thinking of taking I 80 over Colorado but was thinking of maybe trying I 70 but heard that Hwy 50 might also be good, so my question is how is 50 over 70? Is 50 flatter over all and are there any large ups or downs? The downs get to me as I have had some scary moments in the past even though I was doing what is right I just don't feel comfortable on a steep or long down hill. I have done the grape vine a few times and that is not bad. Toyota Trundra 5.7 and a 22ft HiLo trailer about 5000 lbs fully loaded. Help, I have a T valve that has gone bad and I have found it but can't seem to get the hose's that are connected apart. I have unscrewed the connector parts but I can't seem to get the hose parts to come loose, any help would be very helpful as we have a trip Thursday coming up as our first trip with our new to us HiLo trailer.1.9KViews0likes7Comments
