All ActivityMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsYellowstoneMy family is thinking about going to yellowstone this summer (2015). Our trailer is 40' long so I understand spots are limited in the park for that size. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to go that can accomodate a trailer that size?Re: cleaning inside garage/toy hauler areaThanks for the replies...I ended up trying the power washer and it came out look like it was brand new.cleaning inside garage/toy hauler areaHow do you wash your garage on trailer? My son races dirt bikes so we get all kinds of dirt and sweeping doesn't cut it. If I powerwash will it peel the walls if they get wet? I have diamond plate around from ground to 2ft.Security lights not working? We recently bought a used 2009 Jayco Recon TH and when we did the inpection both the front and back security lights worked. Took it for it's maiden voyage and neither of them work now. I replaced both bulbs, checked the fuses (although none were specific to the lights) and they still don't work. Everything else works that I can tell. Any advice on what to check?Re: 50am cord to 30amp cord? Thanks for all the replies...I plugged it in using the 30amp extension this afternoon. I just wanted to make sure I didn't burn something up.50am cord to 30amp cord?My toy hauler uses 50amp service however I have a 30amp adapter as well as a 30' 30amp cord from my old trailer. Where I store my trailer I have both 50 and 30 amp service however my stock 50amp cord is not long enough to reach from the front of my trailer to back where the outlets are. Technically can I use the 30amp extension cord to plug my trailer in to keep batteries charged, power to inverter, and run the Fridge (usually turn on a day before we go camping) without load issues or melting the cord? My assumption is it won't hurt anything but I just want to make sure there isn't an OHM or resistance issue with the lower gauge 30amp cord.Re: Cleaning fuel cellCool, I will drop some seafoam in both the generator tank and the toy tank.Re: Cleaning fuel cellI pumped out everything, cleaned the pump with brake cleaner, and will fill it full next time out and put stabil and seafoam in it at that time. It was pretty green when I emptied it out.Re: Cleaning fuel cell N-Trouble wrote: Is there no in-line fuel filter between the tank and nozzle? My WW has one that I change every couple of years. Have never cleaned the tank but would think you would have to drop the tank to get it flushed out. I don't think there is a filter there..I will double check and see.Cleaning fuel cellI recently bought a used Jayco Toy hauler that has the fuel tanks in the back. I thought the toy tank was empty so I put about 15 gallons of gasoline in it and went to the races with our family. I filled up one of the dirtbikes and thought the gas looked a little "green". Low and behold it clogged the jets on one of the dirtbikes. My question is once I pump all of the gasoline out of there is there a way to clean/treat the tank to get whatever is in there out?
