Thanks DrewE & Jim, I can see the tanks when I lift the bed up, I'll look for a vent line. Jim, I hope it's something we can fix, we use fresh water tanks a lot more than city hook ups.

BT Cruiser Fresh Water Tank
I just bought a 2005 BT Cruiser 5270 and like it a lot. My one problem is filling the fresh water tank. I got it filled 3/4 of the way and the hose going in kept splashing water back out. So, I took it to fill the gas tank and noticed water still sloshing out of the side fresh water compartment. No water inside, just outside and it splashes out. Is that typical for these motorhomes? How can i get it to take a full tank? Or, is that even possible? Anybody else have this problem? Thanks.
