2019 Roadtrek Zion
We found just the camper van we want but worried about the year of it. It’s a 2019 Roadtrek Zion. That is when it closed and then bought out by a different company. I understand the new company had to finish making the van that year and had possible electric problems. Should we keep looking or are we ok to buy this 2019 camper van? We definitely want a Used 19 foot class B camper van and we find some with lithium batteries. What do you think of them? They are $7,000.00 to replace. What campers have regular batteries. Should we get a diesel or regular gas engine? We want to travel in mountains. We have always had a pull behind so we aren’t to smart about all this. Looked at it today and drove it. It is nearly perfect condition. It has new tire and 4 new batteries. We will have a mechanic look at it also. We really liked it and not sure what offer we will make. Thank you for a the helpful advice. It will take some study time to figure out the best fit for us. For sure we will look for a used camper van and it will have to fit in our condo driveway for some of the time in the summer. We half time WI and FL. Miss the easy travel with our dog and camping.
