The comfort of a class A is hard to beat. I'm looking to switch to a TT for financial reasons. The depreciation and maintenance on the DP is bad. Two things fail before I can fix even one thing. My class A is worth half what I paid for it. So it's obvious you already have a loan on it, why can't you just have your wife's name removed from the existing loan? The lender won't do that. They say that they have to honor the original loan contract, no changes allowed. They won't refi either since the unit is now over 10 years old. My microwave combo oven died and I need to replace it. We never really used the convection all that much. We also don't have a gas oven. I was thinking of replacing it with a non-convection unit to save money. Is this a bad idea? It's fine for us but if we sell the unit would it hurt the resell? I'm planning a trip up to NY from NC. The yahoo driving directions takes me from I81 to Rt11 at Harrisburg and up through Williamsport PA to Rt15 to Corning etc. I've made that trip before and all the surface traffic and stop lights seems to take forever. I'm looking at I81 that goes more East but it is all interstate. Would taking I81 all the way up be faster?1.3KViews0likes5Comments
