We had one of those pop up tents tied to the picnic table and awning out. The winds hit 80 mph. Many units around us had damage. The pop up tent of ours was destroyed in minutes, but the awning with the screw in anchors was holding, until the anchors pulled out of the ground. I scrambled quickly, ignoring the lightning and got the awning in with minor damage to one arm. I no longer trust having the awning strapped down. It is only out when we are sitting under it.Re: Question about roof replacement costsEdatlanta, do they do they do the roof of the slides as well? We have a TT we plan on keeping many years and would like to protect it as much as possible.Re: Electronic Ignition for Stovetop (w/pics)This is great. I think I'll do this once I finish the remodel due to some hidden leaks.
