We have had our motor home since 2001, the longest that I have kept gasoline in the tank is 4 months without burning it all out and re fueling. I always put an additive in the fuel when storing it for that long. It has been a little longer now and we have no plans to go far and burn it off. Should I be concerned? I hope the fuel had not gone bad???Re: motor home steps not comming outyep, it was the step motor got it off of Amazon not that an easy of a job to remove and replace but it is done. works great again!motor home steps not comming outOpening the door and you can here the switch clicking but the duel steps do not come out. this has been happening off and on now for a couple of months. I checked the electrical connections and that helped as I thought it was a loose connection. here we go again, clicking sound when you open the door but the steps don't come out. Help!Michelin tiresJust posted in class A motor homes Michelin tires 245/19.5 sate code 2514 the issue is side wall check cracking I take very good care of my tires, 3rd set on my coach so far and I never had any tire issues at all. this is just unacceptable to me My tires are always covered and are parked on trex decking in my back yard. Pumped up the the proper pressure even during storage FYI to every one that has these POS tires. Keep a eye on them as they are apparently Junk tires that I payed p lot of money for.Re: What did you do to your Class A MH today???I checked out my 5 year old Michelin 245/19.5 size tires and noticed that the front driver side tire has sidewall check cracking. Much to my surprise? I took a picture and went back to the tire store. They said call Michelin. I haven't done this as of yet. but, 3rd set of tires on my coach. always a Goodyear man, but they priced themselves out of my budget. I always cover the tires and park them on deck material Trex pads This to me is totally unacceptable the tires that I got rid of were in much better shape than this POS tire. the tires have a 2514 date code on them. The owner of the tire store made a comment as soon as I said sidewall cracking. Are they Michelin tires? Like they expect them to do this. Totally Bull **** to me. I hope none of you have these POS tires on your coach. FYI Wish me luck in getting this issue resolvedRe: RIP - JohnnyTsending condolences Peace be with you and your family.Re: What did you do to your Class A MH today???Purchased and installed 4 new 6 volt golf cart batteries to replace my 7 year old batteries, also removed the charging solenoid and replaced it with the Silver contact solenoid, hopefully it will last more than 4 years this time.Re: Genset (2016 Tiffin RED PA37) won't start.I guess you mean that after holding the start switch down for 15-20 seconds the genny finally started? The light on the start button flashes as the generator is cranking! It stays solid when running! If you use the start button on the genny itself, you should press and hold it to prime the carb, and then press it the other way after 20 or so seconds to start. Good luck11
