I was just gonna re box them when we did finally take off to see America. As for the mounts, being in the "business" I would never pay more than 15 to 25 dollars for a mount. Makes me laugh when I see the prices at Best Buy. HDMI cables too. To funny. I LOVE selling mounts and cables. No profit in TV's anymore. My cost is higher than retail stores.RV Tv'sWe are looking at fifth wheels right now. On some of them the TV's are an option. Why are they $750.00 for a 32" TV? I am in the A/V business and can get 32" TV's, top of the line Samsung's for $200.00 or so. If we will never be boondocking and always plugged into shore power, why not just use a good residential TV? ThanksRe: What is cheap? Thanks for the quick replies. We are going to the RV show in Hershey in a couple of weeks. And we have already gotten prices on fivers. One was 35% off MSRP. That's what I'm aiming for on the other ones we look at.What is cheap?I keep reading "stay away from the cheap RV" or "be prepared for more problems with a cheap RV". What do you guys consider a "cheap" RV? Specifically fifth wheels as that is what we are looking at. Is an MSRP around $80,000.00 or so considered a cheap fifth wheel? Thanks6 point levelingWe don't have our fiver yet but was just wondering. How does the auto leveling system work? I know you hit a button and it self levels but do you keep it attached to the truck? Thanks and sorry if this is a stupid question.Re: Now the hard partThanks for the quick responses. I talked to an independant company that doe's warranty work. They said that they can't do warranty work for Jayco in the first year. Jayco requires you to go back to the dealer. It's just a way for the dealer to make more money. But a majority of what will go wrong is the equipment inside the RV. Jayco really just builds the box. They can do the warranty work on everything else. This is important because we may not have a truck the first year. They will come out and do the work.Re: Now the hard partThey emailed me back. Anybody with experience with the Sanford Florida La Mesa service department? Thanks. Now the hard partThe easy part was picking out the fifth wheel we wanted. Settled on the Jayco North Point 377rlbh. The hard part is the dealer. We are purchasing in Florida. We got a real good price from one dealer already. But can't find many reviews on their service department. Has anybody purchased from La Mesa in Orlando? Any service department reviews? I am waiting to hear back from them if they can even get this model. Thanks. BTW...the other dealer is Orlando RV. Any reviews? Reading these service department horror stories has scared me. Also, we plan on hiring someone to come do the PDI with us. Any suggestions in the Orlando area?
