I appreciate everyone's input - I think I now have a rough idea what to expect. I am a little surprised. I was thinking less weight and a shorter length would give a little better mpg than what you relate. Neal

Is this all the 26 foot gassers there are on this forum? We are "drivers", not "parkers" and average 20,000 miles a year which is why the mpg is something we will pay attention to. Neal

26' Gasser Fuel Mileage?
Please don't beat me too badly - I've spent a fair amount of time searching this forum and realize this overall topic has been whipped but I have not found anything specific to 26' gassers. We are contemplating selling our Class C and purchasing a used 26 foot class A gasser (Vista, Sunstar, etc). We presently tow a Chev Tracker and are getting MPG in the low teen's. I know our MPG may likely decrease but I'm unable to spot any information from owners of the 26 foot units. Can anyone help me out? Neal
