All ActivityMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Refer troubleshootingSo I took it home and hooked it up to the house AC. No problems. We are currently at a CG right now. Last night I happen to watch my wife open the fridge door. The on/off button is right beside the latch. She ended up hitting that button while opening the fridge. She happen to be the one who reported the problem the last time we were camping. I highly suspect she was the cause of this problem. I do appreciate you guys taking the time to help out.Re: Refer troubleshootingI charged the battery a couple days before we left. I haven't checked water levels. The battery is only a year old I leveled and switched to LP at the same time. Not sure I can absolutely conclude that leveling was the problem. Not saying it isn't, but I'm not entirely sure that's the cause just yet. Let me see if I understand this correctly. The light inside the refrigerator is working and has always worked. The power to the fridge can fail and the light can still work? Everything else is still running on AC.Re: Norcold Fridge not workingA general idea where the thermostat is?Re: Refer troubleshootingSo the lights in the refrigerator are 12v? If I'm hooked up to AC, the battery won't power anything, correct? The light in the fridge were still working when I was hooked up to AC.Re: Refer troubleshootingJust checked the freezer. That's working. I think the Fridge is working too, but it's not as evident. It's still on LP.Re: Refer troubleshootingLights wouldn't work if that was the case, correct?Re: Refer troubleshootingNorcold model 641 Not a slide out I'm hooked up to AC now It was lower 90s when I switched to propane. I believe it's still under warranty. I wanted to see if there was an easy find/fix. If LP switch ends up fixing this, does that narrow down that list at all?Refer troubleshootingI'm at a CG and my refrigerator and freezer stop cooling. Lights work. Switched it over to LP to see if that works. It's only been about an hour since I made that switch, so I'm guessing it's still too early to tell. I checked the level and it was slightly off. I fixed that. Fuses are good. Also, it was mid 90s here today. I plugged in at home on Wednesday and switched over to gas while driving. Set up camp yesterday and everything had been working until mid-day today (Saturday).Re: Norcold Fridge not workingSo if it's not a bad unit, what could it be? I'm at a campground now with the same problem. Same brand.Re: Winterizing questionYou guys are joking at the obvious here, but I've never seen any mention of. I have no issue putting in the time or the couple extra bucks. I need to know how to prepare myself for this trip. I've learned quite a few not so obvious things by reading these forums, that's why I asked. Thought there could have been a hack or shortcut I wasn't aware of yet. Thanks for the insight.
