Good to hear from you, too! Getting ready to go to east side of Sierras tomorrow morning! Did you ever get a new RV/trailer? Think I will just make a seat cushion for it. Not ready for expense of reupholstering! The next thing I'm going to have to do is redo the clear coat on the top of the van. It's flaking off in big chunks, a result of outdoor storage right next to sand dunes and blowing sand. Did you know I moved to the central coast 4 years ago? I have a 2007 Roadtrek on a Chevy Express 2500 chassis. It is my understanding that these are not the original Chevy front seats, and that Roadtrek installed them as part of the conversion. I would like to get a replacement seat cover for the drivers seat, which can rotate around and has 2 fold up arm rests and a high back. I have a R T 170, 2007. I had a massive blowout on 395 this morning on way to E. Sierras. You were helpful with last tires purchased: Yokohama Geolander But model not made any more. I have a Roadtrek 170 and would really like to add solar to keep my single coach battery charged. Does anyone have any recommendations for installation in the San Luis a Obispo/Pismo Beach /Santa Maria area? I have read that Roadtrek installs are tricky so I'd like to find someone with RT/camper van experience. I have a 2007 Roadtrek 170. I've recently moved (back to the central coast of CA!!!) and must store my RT off site. Should I put the battery switch to off to disconnect it while it is in the storage yard? Will this preserve the charge in the house battery? The beta RV Community site is FULL of advertisers (at least in the newer members section) from shoes to "enlargement products." Something has got to be changed!
