Thanks for everyone's comments. We've decided upon the Sprinter. The North Trail was nice, but coming up short on a couple of our criteria items. The Sprinter pretty much covers everything we were looking for.

Keystone Sprinter vs Heartland North Trail
Narrowing down choices to buy a new trailer. Looking at Heartland North Trail 30RKDD (Caliber edition) and a Keystone Sprinter 302RL. Does anyone have any experiences/comments (good or bad) with either one? Thanks for any feedback.
