Jayco Melbourne, Steering is loose?
We have just gotten a 14 Jayco Melbourne and my husband sees nothing wrong with the steering but when I tried to drive it I had a hard time driving it for a long time because the steering wheel had like a 4 inch space and I had to keep adjusting it. I thought about putting the engagement and wedding rings on a charm bracelet with engraved charms with the names of the couples and wedding dates. Then making a family tree so that who ever gets the bracelet knows the relationship to her. But I used to wear my mother wedding ring and while pushing down the garbage in the motor home I felt the rings slipping off and I pushed them back on and didn't look to make sure they were all there and a couple of days later discovered one ring gone. We have a 2006 Winnie and it is rusting away. Having trouble with the leaks around the windshield and the rust is dropping around the dashboard. Also having trouble with the transmission getting stuck in park and not starting. It's over $1000 and counting and still not fixed. We have traveled all over the United States with a 70pd Water dog and when planning on spending a whole day sight seeing we checked at the campground and asked about someone to walk her a couple of times during the day. Had this trouble once and went on the internet to find a cure. Ran into this one suggestion and it worked the first time. Take hose out of sewer, Hold the hose as high as you can while filling it with water from a hose, Meanwhile have someone by the lever (closed lever) and while while he or she quickly opens the lever the one holding the sewer hose quickly puts the hose back in the sewer. We tow a 2013 ford edge and it is supposed to be alright. But if we tow for two days without unhooking it the battery goes dead. Have called the dealer we got it from and they don't know why this happens. We do everything by the book and stop every four hours and run it but it still does it. Have to go to the Ford dealer before the next trip and see if we can put in a disconect switch.803Views0likes0Comments
