Our coach is 13 years old and looks much newer. If a campground has a 10 year old rule it is to keep out RV's that are in bad shape. We just upgraded the shades to MCD's and in the process of replacing the flooring. So we plan to keep it until we can't work for Jesus. What type of bulbs are in the fixture. If it is Fluorescent, the ballast could be bad or bad bulbs, if they are incandescent they may be bad. My coach has relays that repeat the turn signal to the toad plug and are located in the battery compartment. I have had two of them quit working. Turn on the signal that works and listen in the battery compartment for a clicking noise. Those "nails" are called pop rivets. You drill a hole the size of the large end, insert the rivet thru the snap and into the hole you drilled and use a special tool to pop the long portion of the pop rivet thru the large end causing it to swell and lock the snap into place.
