It is a as big as I have room for and I think I will be glad I didnt go smaller.Re: Metal carport RV shelterThe shelter is going up in SC. A little town called Jefferson. That would be about 3.5 hours from Henderson NC.Re: Metal carport RV shelterI assume these places are just resellers of the same units, good point.Re: Metal carport RV shelterI dont have the space to go any bigger so I think I will stick with what I have! I could downsize the RV to fit if its too small :)Re: Metal carport RV shelterMostly storage. We may have guests stay in it from time to time. We wanna keep the sun and rain from destroying the roof as much as possible within a reasonable budget.Re: Metal carport RV shelterThank you!Metal carport RV shelterHey! I am looking for input on what size metal building/RV carport to buy for my 2008 Winnebago Outlook 31c. The spec sheet says it has roughly the following dimensions: 31.5L 11.5H 8.5W The one I have speced out is 36L 18W 12H (leg length, higher in center) I was thinking of going shorter for less overhang on front and back mainly to save the space but was afraid I would regret it. For those who have these, how did you decide on what size to get? Thanks!Re: Smell and heat from rear wheel wellsYea frozen calipers and discolored (not sure what else) rotors from heat. They replaced rotors, calipers, pads, hoses, brake fluid, differential fluid, seals, and battery. I use a small town mechanic for all my work, hes a straight shooter. I usually just trust him.Re: Smell and heat from rear wheel wellsThe issue has been resolved. $1700 and change later. We had a mechanic replace all the rear brake components on both sides. This also included new seals, new brake fluid, etc. He checked the fronts and they were fine so we didnt do anything there. He also checked the tires, put in a new battery, and adjusted the airbags. I drove it 2 hours on Thursday. No smell, no heat, more power, excellent braking.Re: Smell and heat from rear wheel wellsCan that be done without jacking up the RV?
