We have been very happy with it.Re: National Parks tripThere a nice RV part in West Yellowstone on the edge of town we like. Book it NOW!Re: Lost control when towing?I think the biggest issues is under in truck size. In addition no properly configuration, ie WD, brakes, trailer not level, tires on TT, etc.Re: Pull-Along vs.5th Wheel5th wheel: Pros - Often more room, easier to pull as more stable. Con - Price point much much higher. Need larger TV Travel Trailer: Pros: Lighter, depending on size easier to get into some camp grounds. Cost is much cheaper. Pull with smaller TV. No stairs inside trailer Cons: Can be smaller, can be harder to pull at first.Re: Any groups or memberships worth joining or avoiding?Sams club is worth it as is KOA card, depending on your area you RV in. Stay away from Thousand Trailers time shares.Re: 22' 0r 25'? Does Size Matter? My preference would be the longer trailer. I know as our kids got older we wanted more space on the RV. We have a 31 ft with hitch. Which is about my limit in size to pull. But as long as your TV can pull it safely. Then I would get a bigger unit.Re: Zion and Bryce NP camping quesstionWe go to Zion at least 2 times a years since we live close enough. I am not a fan of Watchman Campground. I just think it too crazy and over traffic near the park. We always stay in Virgin UT and the River Resort. The other option in Bryce is Ruby Inn as someone else posted.Re: WESTWARD TRIPIMHO I would make sure to go south from Yellowstone down to Zion, Bryce and Moab in southern Utah.Table woes..We have a double post table that connects in the floor. We never been happy with it. We were at a trailer show, like dreaming, this weekend. We saw the grand design RV series which has a free standing diner table. I got thinking since I am a avid wood worker is to build a nice eating table on this stands. Has anyone seen just the folding stands for sale of quality which one could install their own table?Re: Efficient packingVery interesting topic. My Wife and I and now teenagers been RV since 2000, tenting before that. We first started out with a tent trailer and moved up to 31ft travel trailers. We find that we end up bring way toooo much junk. We finally one weekend unloaded EVERYTHING stored in the trailer and figure out what we really used. Then with our customs totes we have for all the storage areas and figure out what we really need. We now have a travel trailer stuff and home stuff. So when we travel we only bring 3 sets of items. 1. clothes 2. Food 3. Bikes So when we load and unload only these 3 items need to come on or off. Some expectations in our cold freezing winters of items we must remove before the trailer is put to bed for the winter. We found it was such a big deal to go on and off vacation.
