However I feel the map is too small, it would be nice if there were some way to increase the size vertically. If I make my browser full, screen I see more of the map horizontally but the vertical size does not change. If you could double the height of the map it would be a lot more useable.Re: New RV Park Reviews website is now online docj wrote: The new and improved RV Park Reviews website has gone live. Spend some time exploring it. Additional features will be added over time. Please let us know of any bugs you encounter; we can guarantee there will be some! :B RV Park Reviews When I click on that link all I get is "Whoops, looks like something went wrong." Tested with Firefox and IE, same result in both browsers.Re: AlbanyRV/RVone should I feel disappointed or ripped off? S-n-L wrote: I purchased 2 year old tires. What a bummer. With a life of 6 to 7 years that is a big loss of useful tire life for me. I purchased an 09 Holiday Rambler Admiral new in November 2009. The inside driver side rear tire blew this summer taking out my exhaust pipe, cracking my gray tank etc. My coach is still in the shop. Turns out the tires were made in 2007. There was no obvious reason for the blow out but 2007 would make them 7 years old, not 5 as I had thought. I am replacing all the tires and will make sure I get new tires. I would definitely use the manufacture date when considering the useful tire life.Re: DO NOT USE MILLENICOM!!What I don't understand about Millenicom is how anybody can actually get it! I have been trying to switch from Verizon to Millenicom for months now but whenever I go to their website to sign up they are always "Temporarily out of stock" on everything. I figure it must be bandwith they are out of stock on, how difficult is it to get a modem or an iPad? If Verizon is limiting the amount of bandwith they make available to Millenicom that might also explain why some people are seeing slow downs.Re: samstown las vegasVery disappointed when I got an e-mail the other day from KOA saying that the Circus Circus RV park had closed. I always stayed there when I went to Las Vegas. OK it was a glorified parking lot but being able to walk to the strip was the key. According to the Las Vegas Review Journal a smaller 170 space RV park will open at Circus Circus later this year with improved facilities. But it will be right next door to the new open air concert venue. :R I doubt it will be KOA as they are saying that Sam's Town is now their exclusive home in Las Vegas.Re: Brand new to fulltiming, Internet help please! I've found so far that Millenicom is our best bet giving 20gb/mo vs the average 10gb You might want to look at this thread. Millenicom are not accepting new customers, they have been TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK on everything for weeks now. There may be another source for Millenicom subscriptions, check the discussion thread.Re: What's up with Millenicom? The website explains it all. Maybe I am missing something but the web site explains nothing as far as I can see. The only way to sign up for their hotspot plan is to buy their device, except you can't buy their device because they are still out of stock on everything. I wish I could find an alternative to Millenicom but there doesn't seem to be anything comparable out there on the Verizon network unfortunately. What's up with Millenicom?Millenicom have been "TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK" on everything for a while now. I am a current off contract Verizon customer and was looking to switch to their Hotspot Plan but it is out of stock. How can that be? They don't answer e-mail either. I know they had problems with Verizon and had to increase their prices a while ago. I wonder if Verizon pulled the plug on them. I assume they are still providing service to existing customers but it looks like they are no longer accepting new customers. Anyone know what is going on? ThanksRe: Map program The RV profile is a standard part of BaseCamp but from what I can tell the ability to enter your RVs height, weight, length, etc. is specific to having the 760LMT. This is how I do It: Select Edit->Options Click on Activity Profile Select RV Now click on the Routing Tab and right at the bottom is a section to enter your RV attributes Re: Map programI use Garmin BaseCamp which I really like. This is designed to be used with Garmin GPS units but it is a standalone program and free. I use it in conjunction with my Garmin RV 760LMT which is a GPS made for RVers. On my system BaseCamp does have an RV routing mode. Select the Edit->Options menu item, then Activity Profile. I select the RV option and can enter my RV attributes height, weight, length etc. I am not sure whether the RV profile is a standard part of BaseCamp or if it was triggered when I connected my RV 760LMT. As it is a free download you could try it, see if the RV option is available. I use BaseCamp to plan all my trips and then download them to my GPS.
